• Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
  
  
• In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver / dispatch within 24 hours.
  
  
• In case of flowers, if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.
  
  
• Delivery of flowers may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.
  
  
• No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
  
  
• The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
  
  
• All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Calcutta High Court, Kolkata, India.

At Flowervalley every delivery is special and we always take great care to guarantee your delivery reaches the right person at the right place. Flowervalley will also make every effort to deliver your gift into the lucky recipient's hands. However, if your recipient is not at home or office to receive it, the florist will leave the bouquet to whoever is available at the house or office.

Even though outmost care is taken to make sure that the flowers you order at Flowervalley are what is actually delivered to the recipient. But all the flowers are not available in exact color or style. In a very short notice the Exotic Flowers are not available usually. So it is always better to orders arrangements that have only Roses, Tube Roses and Glads.

Many flowers are seasonably available and this may vary depending on season and location. Sometimes, therefore, the florist may need to substitute one flower variety for another. But you will never be disappointed because we adhere to the strict substitution guidelines which are detailed below :

• The color and shape of the chosen product must take priority and no change in size or shape is permissible.
  
  
• The value of the replacement flower or plant must be equal to, or greater than, the original variety.
  
  
• When substitution is made, the utmost care is taken to provide flowers which maintain the overall effect of the arrangement.
